How often do you go to the bathroom? It’s a personal question, but going to the bathroom is something we all have in common. We all expel waste, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, frequent urination and having an overactive bladder impact approximately 33 million adults in America alone.

As we age, our bodies change a lot. Sometimes we experience pains that had not existed 30 years prior, or our bodies don’t respond the way they used to. It’s an unfortunate reality, but it’s perfectly natural.

Today’s story is about a wonderful woman named Vicki. Vicki is in her golden years, but she is incredibly active and enjoys living life to the fullest without being impeded by the limitations that age can present to one’s body. After several surgeries to restore her mobility and the medication that accompanied those procedures, Vicki started experiencing something she never expected: incontinence severe enough that it began disrupting her daily life.

This is her story:

Hi, my name is Vicki, and I want to talk a little bit about BSO Honey. I’m a senior citizen in my “Golden Years.” As it turns out, the Golden Years really aren’t what I was led to believe they would be. I’m not complaining, mind you; just going to express some disappointment and reality. As I’ve gotten older, my body, my whole being actually, has been changing or perhaps adjusting. Body parts have continued to wear out but thank our good Lord, modern medical professionals can and have given me some replacements. Two brand new knees and recently a new shoulder. All of these marvelous results come with a price, as those of us who’ve received them know. There are side effects from the surgical procedure itself, anesthesia, and pain management meds, and the list is long.
This brings me to BSO Honey and what it has done for me. A dear friend knowing what I’ve been through and some of the active issues I was dealing with… inflammation, swelling, discomfort, even incontinence (I take a very expensive perspiration drug with a marginally positive result) gave me a bottle of BSO Honey saying, what do you have to lose?
Well, for starters, after taking the supplement, I no longer need to run to the bathroom in a panic. That problem has left the building!
I’ve had focus issues for the last 6-7 years, low energy, and generally a sore body. Not to sound corny but BSO Honey to the rescue.
I’m enjoying the return of focus, and staying on task is now a part of my life again. So much so while doing my taxes and sorting through hundreds of canceled checks, I didn’t stop to eat; I can afford to do that, believe me.
I’m at the bottom of my bottle of BSO Honey, and I Will Not be going forward without a good supply of the supplement in hand.
I’m a very happy believer and now advocate.

Another Short anecdote
A BSO Honey user and a dear friend of mine often complained about frequently having to go to the restroom during the night. In fact, he would have to go to the restroom upwards of 4-5 times a night, greatly impeding his sleep quality. We’ve had countless conversations speculating on the cause of this, small blatter, inflammation, too much water consumption; the list goes on and on. One evening he took some BSO Honey before going to sleep. The next morning he reported only having to use the bathroom two times, and because of that, he was more well-rested and functioned better.

Different ways BSO Honey can help with bathroom visits

While we may not know the exact reason BSO Honey is helping the two individuals in today’s story, we are certainly happy that it helps! We may not think about it much but having problems going to the bathroom (whether it’s too much or too little) can be incredibly stressful and uncomfortable. Here at BSO Honey, our primary goal is to help as many people achieve health as possible without relying on pharmaceuticals, which can often come with undesired side effects.

Frequent urination can result from a wide variety of things, including urinary tract infections, bladder issues, diabetes, and medications, to name a few.

Inflammation
what inflammation does to the body often goes understated. But in the case of my friend, there is a possibility that some internal inflammation puts pressure on his bladder – effectively decreasing the space for the amount of liquid it can hold. If that is indeed the case, then BSO Honey is reducing inflammation in his body, decreasing the pressure on his bladder, and reducing the number of restroom visits he needs to make during the night.

Other ways BSO Honey can help with frequent urination and constipation

Bacteria
Our bodies contain bacteria, both good and bad. Good bacteria work with the body to do tasks like help digest and break down food; bad bacteria can make us sick. Simply put, our bodies are ecosystems that operate within a delicate balance—invaders like bacteria or viruses can cause changes to this ecosystem. Being able to help your body’s immune system can do wonders for your health.
The ingredients in BSO Honey have antibacterial properties (and anti-viral properties); in some cases, frequent urination can result from a urinary tract infection or other bacteria. BSO Honey works by reducing the amount of bad bacteria and introducing vital beneficial bacteria to the gut so you can get more out of the foods you eat and dramatically improve your gut health. An imbalance in our natural gut bacteria can result in unusual bathroom visits. BSO Honey can help restore your natural gut bacteria, improving digestion and bowel movements. Our bathroom habits are deeply personal, but they are also vitally important. While it is normal and healthy to have 1-2 bowel movements per day and to pee about seven times a day, these numbers may vary from person to person for a variety of reasons. What is normal for one person may be abnormal for someone else, which is perfectly alright as long as you are healthy. However, it is very important to take note of anything that deviates from your normal. If you have any concerns, always speak to a medical professional.

We wish you the best in health, happiness, and all you do.
